Frequently Asked Questions
Each weekly visit includes mowing, trimming around obstacles and fence lines, edging along hard surfaces (sidewalks/driveways/curbs), and blowing clippings off hard surfaces immediately next to the serviced turf.
Services like leaf cleanup, shrub trimming, bed maintenance, mulch, weeding, aeration, or chemical treatments aren’t included unless quoted and approved separately. We’re subscription-only (weekly or bi-weekly), so we don’t offer one-time cuts.
If your lawn is overgrown or hasn’t been maintained recently, we may recommend (or require) a one-time first-time cleanup/reset before starting your ongoing service. We run a route-based schedule, so we don’t offer exact appointment times. Your service day can vary slightly week-to-week based on routing, weather, and growth.
We service between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and we aim to keep you as close to your weekly/bi-weekly cadence as possible. In most cases, we mulch clippings and then blow off hard surfaces for a clean finish. Bagging is not included in routine service.
If your lawn is heavily overgrown or you specifically want bagging, ask about a first-time cleanup/reset (additional cost may apply). If the lawn is too wet or conditions are unsafe, we’ll delay service to prevent rutting and damage.
Your service may shift by a day or two due to weather — we’ll service as soon as conditions allow and keep you on track with your route cadence. To cancel, use our online cancellation link or send the cancellation email as instructed in your welcome/onboarding message.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, make sure we receive your request at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
Need a short-term pause (vacation, travel, etc.)? Contact us and we’ll confirm the best option based on your route schedule.Yes — as long as we have safe access. Please ensure gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and any hazards (sprinkler heads, shallow lines, cables, etc.) are marked.
If we can’t access the backyard (locked gate, unsafe conditions), we may service accessible areas and continue on your next scheduled visit.
